Pilates !!

 

The Pilates program will be returning to RKCC for its’ sixth season! Pilates will tone and reshape your body, increase flexibility, restore natural posture and provide balance. It will also enhance mobility and agility, alleviate pain and tension, keep pressure off joints and will unite body and mind. The program has developed a large following so don’t delay in registering. Maximum number of participants is 18 per class.

 

Fall Session - 12 Weeks

Starts – Monday, September 13, 2010

 

Winter Session – 12 Weeks

Starts – Monday, January 10, 2011

 

Spring Session – 10 Weeks

Starts – Monday, April 11, 2011

 

Annual Participation Fee:        $ 25.00*

Registration Fee: Fall& Winter $ 65.00

                Spring             $ 60.00

Classes take place on Monday evenings Beginners:  6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Advanced:  7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
