This one hour program will be broken down into segments. The initial thirty (30) minutes will consist of cardio exercises with a Latin music rhythm. The final thirty minutes of each session will be directed to Pilates mat exercises that will not only strengthen your core muscles but will also improve your posture. The class will wind up with peaceful relaxation
and stretching.
