Pilates

The Pilates program will be returning to RKCC for its’ 7th season! Pilates will tone and reshape your body, increase flexibility, restore natural posture and provide balance. It will also enhance mobility and agility, alleviate pain and tension, keep pressure off joints and will unite body and mind. The program has developed a large following so don’t delay in registering. Maximum number of participants is 17 per class.

Continued:     Mondays – 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Advanced:      Mondays – 7:05 p.m. – 8:05 p.m.

Fall Session – 12 weeks and starts Monday, September 12, 2011

Winter Session – 12 weeks and starts Monday, January 9, 2012
Spring Session – 10 weeks and starts Monday, April 9, 2012

 

Registration Fee:        Fall & Winter  $ 70.00/session
