Seniors Fitness

Last January, RKCC introduced an exercise program for seniors 55+ and it was a great success! The program is comprised of 5 components – Warm-up, Cardiovascular, Strength Training, Balance Training & Flexibility. Felicia Khaw, certified by the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging, brings a wealth of experience to RKCC and will once again act as the program’s instructor. This year sessions will take place on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. After each morning workout you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with the members of your class.

Fall Session – 12 Weeks

Winter Session – 12 Weeks

Starts – Tuesday, January 4th

Thursday, January 6th

Spring Session – 10 Weeks

Starts – Tuesday, April 12th

Thursday, April 14th

Registration Fee: Fall/Winter $ 45.00*

Spring $ 38.00*

*You will be able to sign up for either the Tuesday or Thursday sessions at this price. To participate in 2 sessions per week an additional $ 35.00 to be charged.
